The importance of staying healthy & active during pregnancy & having a place to go to start moving for yourself post baby is so vital.

Becoming a mumma can be daunting & post birth sometimes quite isolating especially in those first months. These classes are a great way to meet others & a chance to do so without needing child care. It’s all about getting mumma back out there, Meeting others, Sharing experiences.

Mumma to be yoga is a practise that caters all levels & trimesters of pregnancy.

Move the body gently or as you need to to feel good & energised. Feel the connection to yourself & impending bundle of joy & learn breathing & mantras to cope with the birth of your baby.

Post Natal Yoga is a chance to get back to movement safely.

The body has been through some pretty big changes & the mind can feel frazzled. This is a space for you to start again & practise safely, a strong focus on Self love & some pilates style movements will enable you to get back to your former self. Babies are welcome to chill on the central mats, be included, stay sleepy in buggies or maybe this is your time without them in attendance.

(From 8-12 weeks post partum)*

DO IT WITH YOUR BUBBA
(all 6-12 weeks PP)

Parent & Bubba Yoga is Half all about you & Half about them. Shared time of you & them using the start of class to tap into connecting back to your self, getting back into your body, clearing the mind, then using some props & song to entertain bubba as we journey through the end of the practise. *For Mums, Dads or carers.

Shake Rattle & Yoga is here for you if you whether you have a bubba or not. You just need to show up with a love to move, shake your booty & leave feeling uplifted & zen.

The idea is a dance inspired fitness fun & soulful session to get you active & sassy in your self & finish with a yoga twist of stretch & meditation to ground our body & minds. All done to a banging playlist. You can have baby in a suitable baby carrier to join you on the dance floor or in allocated matted area.

 

*All classes should not be attended until 6-12 weeks depending on individuals labour journey. Please inquire for further questions and details.
